feat: Add versioning support to EssentialsConfig

Browse source 
Introduce `Versions` property in `EssentialsConfig` to hold version information.
Add `VersionData` class for Essentials and package versions, and `NugetVersion` class for individual package details.
Retain and document `SystemTemplateConfigs` class.
