Neil Dorin 47fc2f3371 Updates to how the EssentialsVideoCodecUIDriver retrieves the codec phone number/SIP URI from the CodecInfo object. It now attempts to get the values from the SIP registration, if present. If not, it pulls them from the H323 configuration (E.164 alias and H323 ID).
