Joshua Gutenplan 6caff913ca Removed old work, this would be commit with just updates to TCP Client, and EventArgs.cs. After this adding back in classes for secure client and secure and unsecure server classes after this commit. Using the tested separated classes that were created for a project as dynamic modules.
