Nick Genovese 9c9d2cfe02 fix: sln names and package versions ...

- adjusted the sln and csproj name
- bumped the crestron sdk
- added in newtonsoft 13.0 conditionally for net6/8
- fixed a few issues where we were using crestron newtonsoft specific methods
