refactor: HdPsXxxOutputAudioController & HdPsXxxAnalogAuxMixerController

- Updated audio controllers to implement `Volume(Feedback).ShortValue`
per documentation for set and get
- Changed `VolumeLevel` set to private set
- Removed `VolumeLevel` and `IsMuted` set from constructors
