- reverted PepperDashCode ref for Essentials_DM to unversioned and latest release
- fixed Scaler_OutputChange function params
- added instantiation of VideoWallModeRawFeedback
- feedback event trigger causing null ref exception

- Updated audio controllers to implement `Volume(Feedback).ShortValue`
per documentation for set and get
- Changed `VolumeLevel` set to private set
- Removed `VolumeLevel` and `IsMuted` set from constructors
